H\u00e6ld Perfect Fit i og varm det godt igennem (under omr\u00f8ring) s\u00e5 Perfect Fit opl\u00f8ses helt.<\/p>\n<p>Lad Becel&#8217;en k\u00f8le lidt ned og tils\u00e6t \u00e6gget, stadig under hurtig omr\u00f8ring. Tils\u00e6t\u00a0vanillesukker.<\/p>\n<p>Tils\u00e6t havregryn, bagepulver og mel. R\u00f8r det godt igennem.<\/p>\n<p>Brug en spiseske og fyld den halvt op med dejen. S\u00e6t ni klatter\u00a0dej med god mellemrum p\u00e5 en bageplade med bagepapir. Tryk hver klat dej helt tynd (jeg bruger en teske og dypper den i vand, n\u00e5r jeg trykker dem flade. S\u00e5 undg\u00e5r du at dejen h\u00e6nger fast i skeen). Der bliver cirka 16 sm\u00e5kager af denne dej.<\/p>\n<p>Bag sm\u00e5kagerne ved 180 grader i cirka 15 minutter.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e5r kagerne <strong>begynder at h\u00e6ve<\/strong> \u00e5bner du ovnen og sl\u00e5r luften ud af kagerne ved at ryste pladen.
