Det betyder ikke at man kan spise dem som guler\u00f8dder, men de er noget mere sunde end normalt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Indhold:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>5-6 spsk. kakao<br \/>\n250 gram hvedemel<br \/>\n190 gram Perfect Fit<br \/>\n1 tsk. natron<br \/>\n1 tsk. bagepulver<br \/>\n1 knivspids&nbsp;salt<br \/>\n2 \u00e6g<br \/>\n100 gram&nbsp;flydende fedtstof (Jeg bruger Xtra med 70% fedt fra Coop)<br \/>\n2.5 dl. varmt vand<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00e5dan g\u00f8r du:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bland alle de t\u00f8rre ting sammen i en sk\u00e5l.<br \/>\n\u00c6lt \u00e6g og flydende fedtstof i. Slut med at \u00e6lte de 2\u00bd dl vand i.<\/p>\n<p>Bag kagen ved 160 grader (varmluft) eller 175 grader (almindelig ovn) i 30-35 minutter.<br \/>\nJeg bager kagen i en bradepande (30&#215;22) og det passer ret godt. Du m\u00e5 endelig ikke bage kagen for meget. Tjek om kagen er f\u00e6rdig ved at stikke en tynd kniv eller strikkepind i,<\/p>\n<p>Jeg vil foresl\u00e5, at du laver sukkerfri glasur (jeg bruger <a href=\"https:\/\/toft-care.dk\/shop\/32-soedemidler\/181-atwel-flordrys-300-g\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Atwel Flordrys<\/a>).
